For those who wish to sit back and relax, find your Smart TV behind a stylish cabinet. The sitting room has traditional double doors leading onto a snug with a piano and stocked with books and games to enjoy. Open up the doors and use the whole space, or keep the adjoining doors closed to create a quiet spot for reading or relaxing on the additional sofa (which folds out into a sofa bed on request).

The spacious ground floor hallway leads you to a staircase taking you down to a light and airy basement where you will find a very large kitchen/diner with underfloor heating created with socialising in mind. 83 Mortimer has a stylish fully equipped kitchen with all you could wish for during your stay. It hosts two electric double ovens, a Bosch hob, a microwave, a large fridge freezer, a dishwasher, and additional wine cooler under the counter, a washing machine is available in the laundry room. The large dining table has plenty of room for all and even space to welcome more. For those who like to enjoy a bit of TV whilst they dine, we’ve placed another Smart TV in the dining area just for you.
The dining area leads onto a large decked courtyard garden with seating for alfresco dining and boasts itself as quite a sun trap. A gas BBQ has been provided for your outside cooking.
On the landing, leading up to the first floor is a compact shower room and WC for all.
